Nora NLTH-41TW-MPW Theia LED Downlight with Selectable CCT, No Housing Required (4)
The Theia LED luminaires are commercial-grade downlights designed for easy installation into new construction or remodel applications. The tunable white luminaires feature an integral color temperature switch located on the junction box of each luminaire, with a quick connect that allows for easy disconnect and mounting in the ceiling. These luminaires do not require a housing. The luminaire is made of aluminum and has spring clips for easy installation, and a gasket is included for an air-tight and wet location listing without additional caulking.
The pre-wired junction box includes a quick connect to the LED fixtures for ease of installation. The junction box has four 1/2" knockouts, two keyhole slots, and a snap-on cover. The box can accommodate a maximum of 6 No. 12 AWG or 8 No. 14 AWG through branch circuit conductors suitable for 90°C. The fixture wire length is 7-1/2", and the junction box wire length is 10-1/2".
No housing is required, as two tension steel spring clips secure the luminaires to the ceiling. The luminaires can accommodate ceiling thicknesses ranging from 3/8" to 5/8". New construction frame-in or plates are available (ordered separately), but they are not required.
The "IC" Insulated ceiling luminaires are direct contact rated, meaning no minimum clearance is required. Each fixture offers five color temperatures: 2700K/886 Lumens, 3000K/935 Lumens, 3500K/972 Lumens, 4000K/985 Lumens, and 5000K/967 Lumens.
The luminaires do not require a housing and include a junction box with a class 2 driver. The junction box features a color temperature switch and is rated for IC Air-Tight. The luminaires are compatible with Triac or ELV dimming.
